if it wasn't getting hot out, i'd go do that 3 mile run i've been telling myself i'm gonna do for the past month now.......

dirty clothes...well, problem is, my gym shorts sat at the bottom of a pile of dirty laundry and that pile got wet during washer repairs. too hot to wear sweats for the 25 mile drive to and from the gym. i had phone calls to make and a washer to attempt to fix.

still have 2 days i can go this week, and tons of personal stuff to take care of.

next week, back into the routine as summer classes start. gotta try to clean up the bulking diet though. added a bit too much fat the last time around.
