I started jelquing a while ago, I can't say exactly what I gained from it, all I can say is that I am far bigger now then I was at 18.. I was 6" or so... so I gained over an inch and I'm 7"+ in circumference.

I tried that shit, but I didnt know if it was good or not. Like I'd say I am 5.5 inches in circumference. and about 6.5" in length
