Well its even worse that I thought it would be.
Just when I got all my old injuries worked out and lifts and training were good and strong. bang back to the front of the hobble squad.
Damage Report (MRI) from lower left leg-not good:
Broken ankle joint - Talonavicular joint
Broken heel - calcaneus and talus
Broken second and third metatarsal
and second and third degree ligament damage.
Be out for atleast 2 months, but probably 3 or more.
I guess now is a good time to come off cycle, HCG, Nolva and clomid and work on diet and run t3 and clen/eca and just get lean as possible.
