Damage Report (MRI) from lower left leg-not good

baby DBOL

Well its even worse that I thought it would be.

Just when I got all my old injuries worked out and lifts and training were good and strong. bang back to the front of the hobble squad.

Damage Report (MRI) from lower left leg-not good:

Broken ankle joint - Talonavicular joint
Broken heel - calcaneus and talus
Broken second and third metatarsal

and second and third degree ligament damage.

Be out for atleast 2 months, but probably 3 or more.

I guess now is a good time to come off cycle, HCG, Nolva and clomid and work on diet and run t3 and clen/eca and just get lean as possible.

I feel your pain. I broke my ankle... or should I say "had it broken" in a fight. Broke the leg bone above it too. Tore all but one ligament. Nothing like a plate and five screws.
I like the idea of a getting lean as possible. When you start working out again you will be fired up to see all the fibers twitching etc.
Good luck!

sorry to hear bro, how'd the injury occur?

I had to put up 125 hurricane shutters and I was going up to second floor garage roof and a soon I went to take on step off the latter, the bottom broke and shot out from underneath me. I would of hit face and front first, but was able to flip around in mid air and land left foot first, the right foot, then both hands. Got really lucky, not back, kip, neck or back pain.

I am just going to finish running the deca I have left with 40 mg var ed, then hit the HCG/nolva and comid. then really work on diet with clen and t3 and do verry light, high rep weight for upper body. Then slowly work in leg rehab as I can.
