Dairy products

Dairy products are a health hazard. They contain no fiber or complex carbohydrates and are laden with saturated fat and cholesterol. They are contaminated with cow's blood and pus and are frequently contaminated with pesticides, hormones, and antibiotics. Dairy products are linked to allergies, constipation, obesity, heart disease, cancer, and other diseases.

Perhaps that is the reason that milk is so seldom used today. Or that millions of people die each year from consuming the FDA condemned dairy products. It could also be the reason why people who don't drink milk have the thickest, strongest bones of anyone on the planet. It's no wonder that parents don't feed their children milk or derivations thereof! Phew... thanks for enlightening us.

ive drank milk straight out of a cow's tit before. nothing to worry about man. as long as the cow's kept neat and clean. milk tastes the best when its not all processed. but i love a cold class of milk right before bed. yummy.

Most people are lactose intolerant - clearly, dairy consumption is not necessary for human health. I wouldn't say that dairy is a 'health hazard', but actually...

Studies have shown relatively low rates of hip fractures in old people in populations that are largely lactose-intolerant and eat little to no dairy.

I think milk is fine, as long as you don't overdo it. Regular milk is rather high in saturated fat, but the low and nonfat variety is good. And it sure makes protein shakes tastes better.

Non-fat cottage cheese is also an excellent source of protein. Has no fat, only a few grams of carbs and 30 grams of protein per cup.
 
whey and casein are milk's proteins

so they are dairy products :p
 
LOL I am going to die. I drink minimum 3/4 gallon of whole milk a day. Sometimes over 1 gallon...........and......:mad: ........ I like it
