if an indivudual is X LB w/ a BF% of say 40%, when you calculate the daily maintenance caloric intake, do you take the BF% into the equation to calculate the LBM (Lean Body Mass) first and then multiply the number by 12?
e.g.
X * (1-0.4) * 12?
i.e. if the person is 200 lb w/ 40% BF%, the daily maintenance caloric intake
= 200 * 0.6 * 12 = 1440 cal / day ??
e.g.
X * (1-0.4) * 12?
