Daily Calorie Intake

Does anyone know how i would calculate my daily calorie intake, so I know how many calories to eat per day

The place with a lot of calorie calculators on the net that will be helpful is About.com. Do a search for fitness+calories through Altavista.com or another search engine and it should pop up. There are also a lot of good fitness tips there.

easy way= bodyweight x 16 for maintenence and x 20 for bulking.
