cytopro by cytodyne or vp2 by AST...which whey isolate is better??

i posted this on the supplement board, but nobody is posting....please help because i want to order today if possible

any thoughts on these 2, or is their a better whey product you would suggest from experience.

i dunno how someone would be able to guage or feel if isolate is better than concentrae or just regular milk protein.Let alone name brands

i would go for just any old whey from a reputable brand
