its known that cardio and diet is the best way to burn fat hands down.. however, im looking for that extra punch in the form of cytomel... side effects are minimal.. however, ive read that it may lead to protein catabolism which is not what i want.. now, the makers say take a dose of 100mcg but others have said 25mcg is plenty.. does anyone have any experience with it that can offer some advice.. thanks...
