Dimonddiceclay , has got the right idea , but you can increase you dosage by 25mcg every other second day to reach you target dose (according to some med books I read on it)
and as far as Blindfaiths coment is concerned , diferent people react differently to all drugs , and thyroid meds are not realy ones that you want to push your luck with.
Try taking 25mcg for 3 days then on day 4 add 25mcg then on day 7 add another 25mcg and so on untill you reach you target dose which is some where between 75 and 125mcg/ed , and like I stated before , you might need 75mcg or 150mcg to get what you want out of it. Don't take it for more than 6weeks and make sure that you have enough to taper back down like you did on the way up.
Personaly 100mcg/ed T3 and 120mg/ed of clen made me feel like shit , high pulse , temp. , loss of appatite. Now I'm 280lbs , but my girl who is 120 took same dose of T3 and 60mg of clen , felt fine and lost alot of bodyfat.
T3 will eat up muscle at high doses so taking an AS is recomended with taking it
