Cytomel/Clenbuterol Stack

I'm 3 weeks away from starting a cytomel/Clenbuterol stack and am looking for some advice. They are both in the pill form and not liquid. What is the best way to take the two, I have taken clen before and run two weeks on and two weeks off. Usually about 5 pills a day, I get the shakes if I go more. Please help, so that I can get the maximum results possible.

Stats:
5'9
225 lbs
BF 16%
Been working out for 10 years

How's your DIET and CARDIO? at 16% bf you can easily drop a few % bodyfat without clen or T3.

LOL, It is so nice to see a bro who gives good advice first. Most people will just throw up somestacking amounts without any concern for what else is going on. Mr. X, You are solid as hell!

Bigtapp, Listen to him. Get everything else dialed in first then turn to chemical assistance

I don't know. You tell me more about what diets you've done in the past, what's worked for you and what hasn't.
 
1st Meal:10 egg whites and some Oatmeal
2nd Meal: Protein Shake
3rd Meal: Brown rice and Chicken Breast
4th Meal: Protein Shake
5th Meal: Green veggies, Red Potatoes, Steak
6th Meal: Protein Shake

amounts please...i.e. 1 cup brown rice or 10 cups brown rice.
