Cytomel and clen , How bad ??

I need to loose some body fat befor a trip to Australia,what Id like to know is will I lose much muscle if I stack (cytomel 50mcg ed) with (clen 140mcg ed)??
or should I just take 250mg sust ew just in case.
I've never done any AS so I don't know how my body will react.

I would definitly use the sust, but do you eveb work out dedicatedly? It sounds like you don't and just want to look good on the beach :(
 
I'm 25 and lift every day , 6'3" 270 and 28% bf or that is what the damn scale thing says (I got 4 abs and some veins) I've been doing cardio eod 45min and trying to diet but it is hard to plan meals where I work.
I'm very dedicated but cursed with fat boy genes.
I'm am very concerned with looking good on the beach
I'm mostly looking to keep muscle and lean out
the trip is in 12 weeks , it is their winter but I'll be up north their

If you diet, do cardio 5-6x week for 60 minutes and have the proper weight routine you could be at 240 by the time your trip comes around with no supplementation. (Except for ECA's)

I'll tell you right now that it's all about your diet though, so unless you're ready to dedicate yourself to getting in 5 - 6 clean meals a day and reduce your carbs, you're going to have a tough time reaching your goals.

Whatever you do, stay away from sustonon... its goign to take 4 weeks or so before it reaches saturation... The only logical route to sustonon use is shooting EOD. Since you don't have long till you leave, look for some prop and shoot 100mg EOD with the clen and T3. Wait till the second week before startign T3. I would also throw in some PGF2A. You can see a lot of fat loss with it and it is awsome for site specific growth. I would use the clen 2 wks on and 2 off/ ECA. I personally see more benefit from ECA than clen...
