Well FlamingHeterosexual that guy who writes about things such as Cytraden so well at that shit website is a thief and fraud. Right away, after reading his profiles I recognized that he stole it directly from WAR. And the shameless pricks article on his philosophy of training is directly lifted, word for word from Bil Phillips Anabolic Reference Guide. Even the part about Phillips entering a powerlifiting compettion and winning it, to shut some powerlifters up about bodybuilders not being very strong. What a f#cking loser this guy with the site is.
