Cymalta lowers cortisol levels?

Cymbalta lowers cortisol levels?

I've been told by some that Cymbalta (new gen. Anti-dep) lowers your cortisole levels by up to 40%, thereby helping w/workouts and gains, etc. I've tried most of the rest (prozac, zoloft, pazil and effexor). Started getting heart palp's on all listed except the effex. but didn't notice any cort. benefits.

Any experience, studies or anicdotal evidence for Cymbalta.

Ya man. I'm on it right now. It just so happened that I started cutting when I went on Cymbalta. This is very lucky because my appetite is non-existant now. I've actually been getting only about 700 cals a day. I was eating around 4000 literally the day before I started Cymbalta. I'm 2 weeks into the cut, and I have already lost 10 lbs. Now usually I would start to feel my arms deflate in size, and watch the muscle melt right off of me on a diet like this. But for some reason, I actually look, and feel really good. I think this is due to the Cymbalta, and a ton of other supplements I take to lower cortisol.

But fuck, I actually hope this appetite decrease stops, or I'm going to have to quit the drug. I will end up losing 50 lbs at this rate. I will ask the doctor about prescribing periactin to increase appetite.
