Cyle for Keepable gains

Could someone design and list components of a cycle that would yeild the most keepable gains, weight gain not neccasarily being tremendous, but 5-10 solid/keepable pounds of muscle and most of all keepable strength gain??

i know Pct plays a huge role; however, some compounds tend to not add as much mass but more quality muscle could someone explain what to stay away from and what definitly to use (proposed cycle)
 
keeping gains is a function of PCT and diet. There's no magic pill. Sure gains from dbol are easy come easy go due to water being retained then shedded, but the muscle gains from AAS are kept from a commitment to the sport/lifestyle, not a super duper cycle.

i was goingto say, here we go again with the 'keepable gains' threads......

answer is use whatever you want, the PCT is what enables keeping gains made.....POINT BLANK!
