CYLCE....get cut...or bulk up?

im looking to jump into another cycle....but i cant decide wat i wanna take....my body and genetics are awkard...with cardio and 3 hours of gym adna decent diet i cant seem to really drop my belly or chest....but i dont look chubby at all...its a mix of an athletic body thats jsut bukly....i think ive given up on getting cut (winni ect)....unless any of u guys got any ideas on wat i cood take to take care of this for me...other wise i figure i mise will just bulk up....maybe some test....dbol...deca....a little advice....help...guidance...anything would help
 
You have to control your diet oh and I guess cardio,

For me it is hard. When I was single I was fine. Simply would tough out the first two weeks of a serious diet, than after that it was a no brainer.

Being married, my wife will make dinner, maybe it will be a perfect low carb, low calorie, high protein dinner,

Then just when I think I am safe, she asks me if I want Ice Cream on my cheese cake.
 
I have a similar body shape,


All my fat, all of it is in my gut, love handles and everything.

I have had lipo, and would do it again, Not working right now so I can spend 24/7 at the gym, so it is slowly coming off. I have been cycling over 1 month and not lost one ounce, have probably gained a few pounds, and dropped a little fat.
 
i just find it tough....i want to cut fat to get cuts....but i wanna also get prety big...which is all hard to doa t the same time
