you ever heard of any oral AS that is popular with cyclist'?

Those guys are mostly interested in increasing RBC's which most AS do. They also want something with a short half-life. I've heard them taking low doses of Dbol and also Ox.

I would be shocked if quite a few weren't dosing winny frequently.
