I've been training for 19 years, some years (way back in college) not too serious, other years, very serious. Just started gear about 2 years ago. First 2 cycles didn't count, since I din't know what the hell I was doing. I've researched and learned ALOT since then. ANd I've become religious with my workouts/diet. I don't know anyone who trains harder than I do at my gym. And GEEZ, I've gained more mass in the last two years than the previous 17! (Duhhh.) Gotta love it!
