Hey Board,

I'm trying to optimize my diet for my next MASS cycle, last one sucked b/c I didn't eat well enuf. Im 5'9', 180, 8% bf.

I know I need about 5000-6000 cals a day for this, but what should I eat? 2.5 g protein/lb of bodyweight / day is given ... where do the rest of the cals come from?

How should I maintain my appetite to get em all down? Whole milk with Myoplex Mass? I'd need about 850 cals / meal x 6 meals a day.

Would love to hear your .02.

unless you have a very fast metabolism that many calories may be a bit too much, try toping out at 5000cals per day, i found that a good split is 40-45%carbs/40-45%prot/10-20%fats. protein: red meats (lean), chicken, turkey, whey, eggs, soy; carbs: oats, potatoes, rice (brown), whole grain breads; fats ONLY healthy fats from olive oil, flaxseed, peanuts.
