cycles, working out and gyno surgery

big e 75

I am going in for gyno sur on nov 26. I was hoping to get an earlier date but that was the first they had open.

Here is the problem: I need to be HUGE for christmas, I'm going to see an old GF and I have to look good.

Options: I could start a cycle now and just lay off for a week or two after the surgery? this may be unrealistic.

Option 2: just work out regular and hit the cycle in dec.

I was just looking for optios and any input from experienced people.

Thanks guys and gals!

imo you are pretty much beat, either way after the surgery you should take 4 weeks off from what I have heard so you will lose size, sorry to disappoint you, or you can cancel the surgery and reshedule it for next year, do a cycle now and get bigger.

I had gyno surgery and took less than 5 days off from lifting. I just couldn't lift chest for ten days. It's really not that big of a deal.

I was also on a heavy mass cycle at the time. I told the surgeon before surgery what I was on.

I had Gyno surgery and was working out 10 days after the surgery... no joke. I asked the doc when I went in for my checkout and he said after a week I would have been good to go. Just go by how you feel... of course, I wouldn't lift if my chest was swollen up and infected or some other surgery side-effect.

Mikey, I know that its pretty much too late. Just thought I' d try!

Thanks guys for the input!

I am going to go ahead and do the surgery, It will be worth it next year =!!!

Tommy, did you have lypo or excesion? how did the results come out?

bro don't start a cycle now, your blood pressure is going to be increased and this can cause some contraindications with the use of anesthetic. so hold off and wait bro.

I had the Mammory glands and ducts taken out, but no Lipo!

At first your chest will look a little puffy, and water will collect in the area where the gyno was, but after about two weeks that will dissapate.

How does it look? Perfect! It was the best thing I could have done. I had it when I weighed 220, and I'm now 237 and my chest looks great!

I posted a pic of my latest show in the "Members Pictures" section. You can't tell by looking at my chest that anything was done.
