Well my plan was to start with a big bulk cycle and then diet and get on cutting stuff and take the show....well now i'm thinkin of a diff plan...I'm thinking of doing a 12 week cutting cycle up to the show and then right after the show start in on my bulk cycle..and then a 8 to 9 week bulk cycle and then take a couple months off maybe 2.5 months off and then get ready for the junior usa's. I know your thinkin I should take more time off ...but ..to get to where i plan on going you cant take that much time off....I still have a few weeks before i need to decide...so what do yall feel would be the better cycle...the bulking first or the cutting first. Right now I've been off almost 3 months and did a 7 week bulk cycle prior to that, I"m happy with my size and strength and look right now. I"m
5'9" and 220 and about 10% bodyfat.

Equipoise...600mg/week twice a week...14 weeks...
