Sorry took so long to back with ya'll I really appreciate all of your info. My Height is 5' 11" weight 220. Current body fat is 18%. I do not have a set diet which i probably need, but i am a superintendant for a large construction company and ussually eat on the go. Saying that i try to eat as healthy as possible i do drink 2 protein shakes a day.My traing history has in the past been start trainiing in december to get ready for the beach so not year around as of right now i have been traing consistantly for about 3 months and planning on continuing year after year because of how great it makes you feel . mY age is 25. My goals are to lose body fat and gain some lean muscle while i'm at it. I kinda am looking for results fast since i have plans for this summer such as vegas, florida ect. but my goal is to workout year around from now on. I have access to plenty of tren, prop, eq, clen, hcg,clomid,nolva, aramidex. What do you suggest for me if a cycle would help could some one write one out including pct. Thankyou
