very solid week, dosages constant: t200 @ 400, dec @ 300. weight increase from 225 to 232, waist has stayed the same. strength/size increases are coming rapidly. diet has been very clean; lean beef, chx, fish, whey protein, carbs as needed. cardio 3x per week, only 20 min. i'll work in EQ next week, hopefully. some acne on back and upper arms, slight h2o retention. last glute shot hurt like a bitch. no gyno/swelling. no probs otherwise. granted i havn't done any test for 3 years, what type of weight can i expect to put on?
