Cycle update, day 3

Ok, decided to do a winny only cycle. Plans are to run the winny at 100mg per day(chinamans) and do this for maximum 6 weeks. Will check my livervalues in 3 weeks and then again after 7 weeks(from today). Might sound STUPID but I've used it before at this dose without any problems, values and health control checked out just fine. Well, this is day 3 and I take 50mg in the morning with breakfast, then 25mg with lunch and 25mg before bedtime. Also drinking Grapefruit juice.

Water: 7 liters per day
Glucosamine: 2g per day
Multivitamines
Calsium
C-vit 3g per day
Will start ALA at 1500mg very SOON

Goals are to gain size and strength without packing on to much fat. My metabolism is very slow so I'm running this bulk-cutting plan to hold fat away. I'm on low cals 3 days(ECA 2 times per day), then bulk for 7 days. Went to the gym today and did arms. Pumps were amazing. I'm eating protein like crazy and have dropped almost all proteinpowder and replaced it with REAL FOOD. Eating around 350g per day from Tuna, Red meat and Chicken. Carbs comes from outmeal, bread, rice, pasta. I eat LOW GI food. I do morningwalks 4-5 times per week.
Workout 3 times per week and always have at least 2 rest days after my bic/tric-day.

sounds good bro, looks like you got a nice plan. btw i would add some flax now if you dont consume already, joint pain is a pain in the ass and kill your workouts.

Flax will really ward off joint pain from winny? I love learning little things like this.

Well I take glucosamine that really has helped me before with joint pain, also know c-vit should do some good for them. Flax I've never heard though. BTW: Been eating pretty much what I've been consuming today, or little less. Protein 1.8g per lb BW, low fat, med. carbs. Tomorrow I will start my 7 days bulk up. I Actually think the winny has kicked in because my muscles are hard as rocks and the pump I got in the gym today was just freaking amazing! 3 days, but then again I'm taking them with food and grape fruit juice at 100mg per day so maybe that has something to do with the fast kick in..???
 
Youll get really great strength gains from the winni at 100mg a day

I did the same cycle a few months ago for 6 weeks and my lifts went through the roof, i also lost a lil bodyfat
