Well bro's I just talked it over with my old Work out buddy and best bro,Belive me when I say he Knows his shit He has won many titles and so on,
talking with him he brought up some very good points One muscle memory the fact that once apon a time I was a big boy and that i cycled year round That the brain remembers every work out every diet its a super computer So my problem is this after 4-6 weeks or so my body will explode in size (muscle ) at this point It would be insane for me to try and run a very low cycle becasue once the blood starts flowing I have to have enough A.S in my system to met the demand of my size the voulem , In note thats why Natty guys dont like Ex A.S users competeing in comps becasue of the muscle memeory so his advise Was this That even though I have had some time off I am way ahead of the game knowing training and diet What WORKS and in what stage to do what , so a low end cycle IS a waste FOr me
his cycle plain for me was
super test 400mg + testE 250mg+ Deca 300mg + D-BOL

LETRO through out Clomid and nova On hand
Week 1-4 D-bol 40mg EOD >>>
Week 1-10 Deca 600mg Spit into 2 shots
Week 1-12 supertest 800mg a week >>Test E 500mg split into 2shots one CC of supertest400mg> 1cc of deca 300mg and one cc of test E 250 twice a week
week 11 start HCG 500Iu E/D for 10 days after day 3 revise if needed to 1000IU
week13- 21
Winny- 50mg E O D test prop 100 mg EOD
milk thisle , and other enzyms to help ( tons of stuff he told me to use )
i said to him what about all the shit they came out with THIS AND THAT he said Ok what about the fact that we trained for years and years and got hugh as hell keeped size with out that stuff we did it safe and I am here and so are you, some things are good but why , fuck with somthing you know works , My reply Well even if it worked you can still improve and I might add do it with even better results , so And plus I might add that he was the firm believer in the ramp ccyles and this cycle he told me is not ramped at all (LIKE BROS HERE HAD SAID about ramping )
