Cycle Suggestions

I'm beginning a new cylce next week. This would be my 2nd cycle. First cycle was test E @ 500mg/week for 10 weeks. I have been off for 2 months.
My stats are as follows.
6'1"
240lbs
16%bf
Lifting for 5 years.

I have one 50ml bottle of QV enanthate. I also have enough thai dbol pills to last me 5 weeks if taken at 25mg a day. I also some winny too in pill form.

Here is what i'm thinking of running it.

750mg/week of test enanthate for weeks 1-12
25mg/day of dbol for weeks 1-5
50mg/day of winstrol for weeks 8-12
20mg/day of nolvadex for weeks 1-12 and PCT

Does this sound good or should I just keep it simple and drop the winny and save it for a different cycle? Also proper PCT will be followed. Is 20mg of nolvadex enough to block the estrogen or should I up it to 30mg?
 
why not stay at 500 mgs for test... dont increase if u dont have to. how were your gains on your first? looks good otherwise, and winny to week 11 -12 depending on when u start pct
 
thanks guys. I gained 17lbs and kept 11lbs after everything was said and done. I dont know if thats good or just average or below average??

Is the 20mg nolva enough? I thought it might be low, since i'm taking test and dbol.
 
Looks perfect, good idea taking some time off between the d-bol and winny, you're liver will thank you. But I agree with Sweed, you'll be fine with just 500 mgs. of test a week. I'm on my second cycle right now using 500 mgs. of sust and it's still plenty. I was contemplating doing 750 or 625, but figured theres no need yet and I'm glad I didn't because 500 mgs. is bloating me something fierce.. Good luck bro.
 
I agree with sweed about keeping the test at 500mg/wk.

you don't HAVE to bump the dosage just because it's the next cycle. Only increase the dose when you stop seeing results.

sweet thanks for the help, i will decrease it to 500mg. Hopefully i will still see steady results. I'm still curious about the nolva amount....am i good with 20mg/day?
 
cycle looks good. BF is kind of high. Eat clean and the added muscle should lean you out some. good luck

Yah I hear what your saying. I just want to pack on a bit more muscle first, then deal with the cutting later. Dont know if thats the appropriate way to do it??? But we'll see bro. I'm just trying to get down to 10%.
