I know man you guys are right about the whole food... I was just concerned with getting my marcros to a certain level and it's just a hell of a lot easier with the mrp and powders. I get to the point of damn near puking with all that damn chicken and rice i need to consume to get those macros up... I didn't want to bulk with mcdonalds either so figured I'd go the supplement route. Funny thing is i really like the powders it isn't hard to stomach them for me. I'll change post workout meal to the chicken/rice and see how it treats me. But dude if anyone can give me suggestions to eat that qty of whole food i'm all ears... (ie mechno growth factor?) That was the main reason i have the EQ is the cycle was for the increase in appetite.
here is what I do. just go to the supermarket and go to the produce section. grab some veggies and fruit. mix it up. grab your eggs.. grab maybe some chicken or turkey. then in seafood grab some salmon. brown rice. then go to the frozen section and grab a bag of frozen veggies. grab some real oatmeal. dont forget olive oil. and make sure you drink tons of water
eat every 2 hours of the above and you will be golden. most fruits are seasonal so you can mix things up. the body doesn't like you eating the same thing over and over either. thats why mother nature gave us seasons. just think of our ancestors from a million years ago. if the food you are gonna put in your mouth isn't something they would eat then think twice.
