Cycle review nods/suggestions

I know man you guys are right about the whole food... I was just concerned with getting my marcros to a certain level and it's just a hell of a lot easier with the mrp and powders. I get to the point of damn near puking with all that damn chicken and rice i need to consume to get those macros up... I didn't want to bulk with mcdonalds either so figured I'd go the supplement route. Funny thing is i really like the powders it isn't hard to stomach them for me. I'll change post workout meal to the chicken/rice and see how it treats me. But dude if anyone can give me suggestions to eat that qty of whole food i'm all ears... (ie mechno growth factor?) That was the main reason i have the EQ is the cycle was for the increase in appetite.

here is what I do. just go to the supermarket and go to the produce section. grab some veggies and fruit. mix it up. grab your eggs.. grab maybe some chicken or turkey. then in seafood grab some salmon. brown rice. then go to the frozen section and grab a bag of frozen veggies. grab some real oatmeal. dont forget olive oil. and make sure you drink tons of water

eat every 2 hours of the above and you will be golden. most fruits are seasonal so you can mix things up. the body doesn't like you eating the same thing over and over either. thats why mother nature gave us seasons. just think of our ancestors from a million years ago. if the food you are gonna put in your mouth isn't something they would eat then think twice.

you aren't gonna grow drinking whey all day and protein bars. you will grow from REAL FOOD

thats a good read..plus look into the anabolic cook book..they have good recipes in there and so u never get bored of tired of food and diet..diet should be fun
 
Thanks for the link on what to eat i'm going to read thru it for some ideas. I got to tell ya though I think i'm doing pretty good.. My body most like those protein powders some because I'm 204lbs with 12% bf. I'd really like to see the article on these protein powders being ineffective or subpar. How can these companies bypass FDA laws by putting a measurement of protein carbs and fats that aren't true? But for the sake of argument I'm going to do it my way for 1 month and then whole food for 1 month and see which is superior. I'm guessing it will be the whole food provided I can eat the qty of whole food required to meet the marco requirements. I've done this whole food in the past and i was damn miserable and bloated feeling shoveling all that food in.. The problem with whole foods are they just take up too much space. lol...

i never said they weren't true. I said your body doesn't know what the heck it is you are putting in it. and if you take 100 grams of protein the body only keeps a small amount of that vs. eating a salmon and the body keeps a huge amount of protein.

hard to bet against nature.

you are doing well IN SPITE of that, I would say if you ate better your results would be far superior.

many AAS need food to work. deca for example.. if you do not consume carbs you wont get anywhere.
