The title sums it up - maybe you can help me Macro... should I cycle my r-ALA (like xx weeks on and yy weeks off) or should I just keep on taking it? I have to say I'm in mid week 3 - I LOVE this stuff. So far I have noticed:
1. NOTICABLE fat loss.
2. Longer lasting pumps (muscles may be sore for days now)
3. Increased strength
4. Better sleep at night (why - I have NO idea)
5. Better definition (probably due to fat loss)
