Cycle r-ALA or always on?

The title sums it up - maybe you can help me Macro... should I cycle my r-ALA (like xx weeks on and yy weeks off) or should I just keep on taking it? I have to say I'm in mid week 3 - I LOVE this stuff. So far I have noticed:

1. NOTICABLE fat loss.
2. Longer lasting pumps (muscles may be sore for days now)
3. Increased strength
4. Better sleep at night (why - I have NO idea)
5. Better definition (probably due to fat loss)

Thanks in advance for the thoughts on this. r-ALA is great stuff.
 
Bump I'd like to also hear some opinions on this.I was wondering myself if you guys stay on R-ALA or cycle it some how
 
at this time can see no reason necessary to cycle it... though as use and responses become more widespread as well as varied... everydbody is different... this may be re-evaluated...

basically there seems to be no reason nor benefit to NOT taking it, but maybe cycling it will prove advantageous to some.. though at this time cannot foresee any reason why (though that does not mean that someone else will not find one..other than perhaps funds.. though that is not a "health, performance, effectivness, etc" reason)
 
I would not come off completely...

per se, too many other benefits to ala. But I don't know that I'd do 2-3 grams a day non stop...anything in excess for long periods has potential sides, as well as the fact that your body adapts over time...even to drugs..i.e. antibiotics. I use it year round as an antioxidant, but play with as a nutrition partioning agent in the summer....btw, r-ala gets better and better.
 
can you get r-ala at like GNC or do you have to get it from the AF store. I have heard great things about it, can't wait unitl I get mine.
