cycle questions

hey all i have been on this board for a long time now just gaining from everyone's knowledge and expereince before i wanted to post anything. My first cycle i did 250/mg test per wk for 8 wks, (i wanted to start of light) i gained a total of 15 lbs, keeping @ 9 of it. My next cycle i am planning on doing (starting next week) is 400mg test per/wk, 30mg dbol/per day, and fina 75mg/EOD. followed up by clomid. I was debating on whether or not to get some liquidex for this cycle, i dont want to bloat up and have acne fever.... i will follow up w/ clomid therapy as well. i have a hard time gaining weight as well...........

I am trying to get to @ 235 w/ 8%BF. I realize this will take time, proper diet, and hella training but i can do it. i muy thai kickbox and am trying to get back in fighting shape after i suffered a spinal injury and was bed ridden for 6 months (spinal miningitis)

p.s. i know diet, training, etc have a lot to do with gains but what can i expect from a cycle like this.........any suggestions on this cycle..............or another for that matter (cutting or bulking)
 
looks good but you should bump your 400/mg to 500/mg per week that would be better. All I could say is make sure your calories are high, about 5000-5500 clean calories. It seems as if your pretty thin so I would eat like a pig.

Have liquidex on the side just incase you blow up. i blew up and I never took liquidex, but I should've had it just in case. Anything else good luck man.

Your cycle looks good, finally someone did a little research-make sure you eat at least 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight, so between 190 and 285 grams per day-divide that # by let's say 6 meals per day-so make sure to eat 32-48 grams of protein per meal, carbs at 2-3 grams per lb--what kind of test, d-bol, and fina are you using?
 
looks great and looks like you did your research...but you will get better results if you take the fina ed. it is very easy to do and well worth it.
