Cycle Question

This will be my second cycle and wondering how this looks and if you guys have any input.
8 weeks of Test Prop MWF injections 125mg
Last 4 weeks 50mg oral winstrol

Will also be taking .5 mg of arimidex throughout cycle to combat any estrogen side effects and help with any water retention.

Have nolva on hand if anything flairs up and for post cycle.

How does this look...

What are your stats? Age? 8 weeks? Why not 12? Is that 50mg/ed or eod? Also, I think 4 weeks of winstrol is too short for the benefits. I run it between 6 and 8 weeks at 350mg/week depending on what else I am stacking it with. Your test is low imo at 375mg/week. Why not up it to 500mg/week for 12 weeks and then add in the winny at 50mg/ed week 9 if this is your first time running winny.

I am 24 years old 200 lbs 12% bf. Yes 50mg would be everydayfor the last 4 weeks. If I up the dosage of prop to 150mg on Mon Wed Fri does that look better. Also how much adex should I use .5mg daily or .25mg.

use the minimum amount you can to combat the bloat and sides. You don't want to kill your estro completely. The winny will help get rid of bloat also. Chesty gave some solid advice, I'd do atleast 500mg a week of the test

Ok I will up the dosage to make sure I get 500mg a week. Is it ok though to split this dosage up evenly on mon wed fri. Also do you suggest .25 or ,5 of adex daily. thanks for the help guys.

I doubt that you would need an AI for this cycle and don't run a-dex unless you start getting estrogen sides and if you do, do .25mg a day and bump it up to .5 if .25 isn't doing it for ya.
