Cycle progress pic any critques welcome!!!!

Ok bros. I finished up my cycle last week and I think it went really well. I was on 400mg deca per week for ten weeks. This was my first cycle and I'm 5'8 200 pounds.

So, I think everything went well. I put on 17 pounds of LBM and my strength gains were great. I went from 225x6 on bench to 315x4. I finished dead lifts with 405x6 and I hurt my knee so I couldn't do squats, but I could do leg presses and today I hit 450x8. I'm posting some pics here too. So let me know what youo guys think.

Nice progress, but you need to cut some bodyfat. Very impressive lifts for that size. Arms and shoulders look good. Can't say much about your back cause you're not flexing. Chest is OK but lacks a bit of definition, and the abs seem to be on a one-way trip to Hawaii.
 
Thanks azul. I'm going to start a serious cutting cycle in a week. I want to keep my cals up for at least a week to help keep the gains I made then I am going to start cutting. I'm also going to increase my cardio too. Right now I'm only doing cardio two to three days a week. I'll probably bump it to fives days a week and so high intensity workouts. I should be below ten in a month.

I'm not a big believer in cardio. Try to keep your workouts intense enough to sweat like a madman. Sure, it's hard when you're lifting heavy, and taking a 1 minute break once in a while isn't a problem. But if you lift hard enough and don't give your body much rest, it's very much like cardio. When you jump up after benching and the sweat droplets literally jump off your face, you'll know you're going at it hard enough:)

Go HIIT all the way, with maybe 1 or 2 moderate cardio sessions every week. Specially if you've never done HIIT before, it can build some quality muscle and really burn the fat.
 
Hey man im non plat and cant really see the pics but the stats look good. I think you are starting your next cycle too soon though. You really should take the necessary time off to recover. And you can also cut naturally with diet/cardio. It is too short a time to begin another cycle IMO. Unless by cutting cycle you mean just cutting without gear i couldnt understand your wording.
 
Sorry yeah cutting without gear. Just by diet, cardio and workouts. Not doing another cycle til about july sometime.

Hope it all goes well. I'm cutting right now and I am miserable on my diet. I don't cheat but im always in a bad mood cause im hunrgy. Wish I was a little less endomorph. Anyways good luck.
 
Thanks bruce. That is going to be the next phase. I hope to have my bodyfat down below 10% in about a month. I can usually cut my bodyfat rather easily. Thanks for all the encouraging replies. It will help keep me motivated.

Looking good... those are some quality numbers... now keep up the intensity and you should have no problems keeping the gains during cutting... its all in your head...

do NOT go cutting right away

thats gonna pretty much negate your cycle in my experience, stay a little chunky, eat over maintenece and consolidate your gains for a few months.. then slowly cut. good results but now you need to ask yourself 'do I want to get hooked on AAS or get out now and keep 90% of what I gained?'
 
nice results bro!! great improvements. did u knwo that tattoo on your back says "I am a moron for gettin a chinese tatto, and btw i am gay" lol jk bro... keep it up and good luck on the cutting! its a lot easier to loose th weight than gain it.
