Cycle planning views!!!

I was just wondering wether anybody could tell me the dosages per lb of lean body mass of the more popular steroids eg. test, d'bol, eq, winny, finaplix, deca, etc. etc. because if the maximum benefit will be obtained only if the steroids are administered into an ideal environment as possible i.e. a body with a strong immune system and with at least disruption to the hpta as possible I believe that overdosing is almost as counter-productive as underdosing. Would anybody also have any views on wether there is an ideal ratio of anabolic to androgenic properties to aim for when compiling a cycle. My reason for asking this question is that if you take a particular steroid that is high in anabolic properties but low in androgenic properties you are still going to inhibit endogenous test production without replacing it with something to keep your strength high. I would appreciate any views on either of these questions, or wether they're even viable queries to make in the first place!

Has nobody any views either way - is it a stupid question - maybe I didn't explain it very well - I know that there is certain steroids that go well together and that everybody knows about the classic tried and tested stacks although some of the reasons why certain drugs go well together are still unclear because of non-AR mediated benefits but I am a complete novice to A.S. and I am just trying to understand how to compile my own cycles that suit me and my goal which is quite simple I don't want to be huge and my ideal physique would be that of a sprinter. I believe I have the correct training methods now all I need to know is to use gear as efficiently as possible!

with the variety in human genetics there is no way to accurately say given just physical characteristics you are pre-disposed to tolerate this amount of AS.

The only way to really know is to try it and find out. The smart and safe way is to take low amounts and if you can tolerate it then move up.

The fact is your tolerance is limited on how many androgen recepters you have along with how sensitive your body is to anabolic hormones.

The other fact to consider is when we are talking about mgs/lbs of lean mass you are talking about very low amounts were this would matter. A single injection of 200mgs of test ( a low amount of AS for most people ) can easily be 10 times the amount of testosterone your body would ever naturally have in the blood stream. As a result the question of mgs/lbs is a non issue considering a typical cycle will be way beyond the realm of where the size of the person matters. With dossages that high the only thing that differs one person from another is there genetic predisposition as it relates to recepters , metabolism , and sensitivity to hormones.
 
Well like I said in my previous post my goal is simple I thought Ben Johnson had an awesome physique - not too big and I would like to know dosages per pound of lean body mass of the most popular steroids if that is feasible! I have been lifting on and off since I joined the army at sixteen and I'm now in my mid thirties and I've wised up a bit and have no distractions like partying etc. so I reckon I'm ready to use A.S.
My stats are chest 48" - arms 15" - thighs 24" calves 16" my first aim is to get my BF down as it is currently about 15% and that is probably a conservative estimate as I'm only 5'8" but I weighed myself last nite and I'm a shade over 200lbs!
The reason why I worded my initial post in the manner that I did was because I have been telling a member at my gym about the sheer amount of knowledge and authoritive opinions available on this board and although he has been using A.S. for a while he was wondering about the possibility of compiling a dosage table related to a persons lean body mass and I know it depends on the gains you're after but he is a firm believer that saturation is counter-productive not to mention a waste and the other query was simply to see if there were any opinions on a cycle that would be the best mix of strength increase and keepable gains!
 
As was said above, everyone's different so you can't really tell anyone how much will work for them for certain, you can only make generalizations of what works for most. However, with regards to what you said about using too much being counter-productive, some say that but I disagree so long as you're not taking an insane amount for your size and experience. It has been shown that when there is an abundance of androgens in the body, it will actually begin to produce more receptors.
