Running dianabol/sustonon/trenbolone - Day seven....
and my arms are shot...My elbows up threw my tri's are locked up,stiff, and in pain, having trouble sleeping and im going to take 2-3 days off arms..When it started it felt like Tennis Elbow, now it's just all the way from Elbow to Tri To armpit !
Anybody Relate to this? I thought maybe i need more Potasium ?????? Or does it sound like i over trained ?

How many days a week do you train? What's your training like? Diet?
 
Your not being specific enough on the symptoms

what lifts aggrivate you specifically

trenbolone is notorious for tears along with Winstrol - stanozolol, but the Dianabol - methandrostenolone - should be helping you maintain some intramuscular water

What are your doses??

if your drinking a gallon its not enough lol

Take tons of flax/fish, etc

glucosamine+msm tabs are a worthwhile investment for a BB'ers arsonal!
 
If its something that happened all of a sudden and is a sharp pain you might want to have it checked out...if you try to lift through it, it could fuck your shit up even more.

I always stretch
D1-Legs- .1. hr
D2-bi/tri/abs- 1.5 hrs
D3-Back/ a little chest"healing rotator" 1.5 hrs

This is only my workout scheduele because of my bad shoulder, usally i would not work 2 lrg musle groups together like back and chest, but basicly chest workout is non-igsistant..w/ cuff prob..just doing basic cuff work and light lifting.
diet is in check-- 3800 clean cals -chicken-oatmeal/salmon/sweet potato/brown rice/ff cottage cheese/shake/eggs/ ect...,just got a mass gainer shake today to add 10000 cal to diet !
this only started hurting after cycle...First i felt "to pumped "then stiff, then had trouble bending when curling, now fucked up...its been a week.
Shit i forgot about the water, i'm tryin to drink more bro's, havin a hard time because im so full ! but always atleast 1/2 gallon.. ( i know) !!!!!!!!!!!
 
Well...
I'd say you need more water for one thing...the fact that you're workign out the rest of your arms and not your shoulders puts too much stress on your arms...your injury (shoulder) mightbe affecting the rest of your arms...I would say REST

ALWAYS REST IF YOU INJURE YOUR SHOULDER

Since your muscles and tendons are so tight you need to be smart and listen up bro!

Go 2 weeks with PURE cables and Resistance workouts, NO DBS and limit Barbells!!

Work on your core until your elbows heal, trust me I went down that path....

Ps Pure isolation is not really achievable, everything connects and most are bi and trilateral movements

Ghost went through this last fall. Listen to him.

I'm not going to play Jr. MD, but the bottom line is it's either muscular or connective tissue related.

Load up on Cond/ Gluc/ MSM, and I take this stuff called cissus that helps my joints tremendously. Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - would help, but might not be good with trenbolone.

In any case.... back off and let it heal up for 10 days or so. Lots of H2O.

And! If you're gonna wax it, use your good arm! :lmao:
 
Chris just take some time off training any of the injured area. Chances are it just needs a little rest and everything will be good. Calm down my son all will be ok.
