I was just wondering if anybody out there had any cycle sugestions for a basketball player trying to gain 10 -15 lbs of lean muscle while at the same time trying to gain more quickness, more explosiveness, and lower body fat from about 10% to 6%. Right now here is what I am planing on doing, but your opinions are appreatied
week 1-10 EQ 400mg/wk
week 1-5 Test prop 50mg/ed
week 6-10 Tren 75mg/eod
week 6-10 Winny 50mg/eod
Right now I am 6'2'' about 185 and around 10% bf. If I could get to 195 or 200 lbs and around 6% bf I would be happy. The main thing more then anything to me would be the ability to keep the gains that I make post cycle. Thanks for all your input, and help.
