I've been reading alot of the posts about different cycles. This will be my first cycle. There has been some talk about "Blitz Cycles" being healthier but not so effective. I'm not looking to pack on FREAKY mass or anything like that but if I could put on 5#'s per cycle and do that year 'round I'd be happy. Could I get any suggestions?
 
I would do a test only cycle for your first Bro, 500 mg per week for 10 weeks. Have Nolva on hand in case of gyno. Youll need to do PCT. You do this at the end of your cycle to keep your gains. Use Nolva and Clomid. You may need HCG it all depends on whether your nuts shrink. Theres some ideas fior you, Just keep reading and decide what you want to do.

In the "Natural" arena, I think I have reached my max potential, right around 198 lbs of lean mass and can't break 345 on bench. So I'm looking for a new edge. I know my diet has been the most inconsistant thing I have against me. I'm not a lard ass but my body fat is unacceptable to me. I have really cleaned up my eating in the past 6 months but I am unhappy with the hum drum results of "Regular" supplements. Right now I just want some decent results but that's what I said when I got my first tattoo and then bingo, addicted to the joy!! :evil: :evil:
 
Dude, that L. Rea guy? I think I want to fucking punch him in the face! I bought his book " Builiding the Perfect Beast". BLAH, BLAH, FUCKING BLAH!!! I don't know if hes talking garbage or he's just sooooo fucking boring!!! Whoever helped him ( or if it was him that wrote it ) needs better communication skills. All the drugs that are then there, I can get. Yes! I said I can get them. But I don't understand what the guy is fucking saying! Anyways! 2 weeks on and 4 weeks off?! Gear doesn't fuckign start to take effect until the 3-4 week!!! One thing he said that I did agree with. And that's for bulking cycles. HIT THEM AND HIT THEM FUCKING HARD AND SHORT AND GET OUT!!! RECOVER, RECOVER,RECOVER. Bulking cycle, use as much shit as you can use in high dosages for 6-8 weeks and then get out! Recover!!! BTW...just do what Evander said. His shit is on the money. Karma for you bro!

Carth, you have to remember that not all steroids are created equal. Some start to take effect in a matter of days.

I do agree with you about hitting it hard and giving your body ample time to recover.
 
I don't know bros...not even Tren hits me fast. That shit took me 3.5 weeks to kick in! And I was taking 100mg's ED!!
 
Dude, my body just works different. I made 3 Trens. One for me , one for my cousin and one for my next door neighbor. For my neighbor, it kicked in for him 1.5 weeks. For my couz it took 2 weeks. And me, 3.5 - 4 weeks! Why? Who knows!

I understand what your saying about "The Perfect Beast"! It gets really technical in some places and seems to jump around alot. It definately wasn't written real well but if you havn't read his first book "Chemical Muscle Enhancement", I recommend it. It is a much better read but it may be a bit basic for you. It sounds like you've been at this a while.
Anyways after reading your next couple of posts between you & apexx, I will definately have to take that into consideration. I think I am going to at least give the 2 on/4 off a go. I'm not looking for gains that get people asking right away so I am willing to take a slower approach just not "natural" slow. I'm pretty sure I'm at my max natural potential right now. I carry around 198#'s of lean mass on a 5'9" frame and no matter how hard I train or how I change things up I can't seem to break through my max lifts. So thus the new venue into the realm of gear. I'll post my results good or bad. I should recieve my gear any day now.

keep in mind these books are not written for the newb user..yes you can learn from them..the ideas are more for those who are competing and even then its a little out there..stick with a basic 8-12 week cycle.. start with test only.. learn about pct..

I understand what you guys are saying when you talk about the old tried & true 8-12 weekers but like I said I'm not looking for freaky gains right away or even getting noticed quickly. I live in a pretty small community and when someone suddenly changes something it becomes the talk of the town. I want to take a slower approach so 3-5 pounds a cycle is cool with me. Besides, I'm the kind of person who doesn't always follow the mainstream ways and these blitz cycles sound like just what I'm looking for.
As far as the PCT, I have the clomid but I am re-thinking that. Originally I was going to use nolva & prov but a buddy talked me out of it based on what I know now was incomplete research. :redhot: So from what it sounds like if I don't switch back to my original plan I'll be sitting watching "Sleepless in Seattle" or "You've Got Mail" bawling like a bitch! :bawling:
