cycle half over - no gains - help!

workout 4x per week
week 1-4 deca
week 5-6 added test, both 500 per week.
only gained 2 pounds, now stuck at 183 trying to get to at least 193.

am i eating too clean? i eat protein all day. no sugar, no fat. keep log - try to be totally balanced.

i see some muscle size, but i am getting more cut, when i want more mass.

should i start eating doghnuts, or add EQ to this cycle?

i dont want this time, money & energy wasted by not achieving anything for the 12-week cycle.

COMPLEX CARBS (carbs put the weight on)!!! You should be eating at least 4000 cals per day.

If still not gaining bump to 5000cals...

If still not gaining, maybe you gear is fake!!! That will suck.
 
Relax, have some patience! Deca is just starting to kick in! AAS aren't magic, u need patience, persistenc, hard work, sleep, and food, food, food!

What everyone else said. Also, shouldn't he be running both the deca and test for longer than 4 weeks? They are probably just now starting to kick it. You should of jump started with dbol if you were looking for fast gains.
 
you know whats going to happen. your going to be in the gym doing your workout as usual but then BAMM. your muscles are gonna get so pumped that your afraid your gonna rip your shirt. thats how it is with me. it creeps on me all of a sudden. i love it!
 
bro, I was at a sticking point, and was "eating clean".

I said f'k it, and started pigging out. I figured I must not be getting enough calories.

The poster above is correct. bump your carbs waaay up. Eat a ton of pasta w/ your steak or ckn breast. Don't be afraid to go to burger king and wack down 2 whoppers and a large fry. F*ck it, when else do you get to consume 6,000 calories a day? Who cares if you gain a bit more fat than if you ate clean? at least your muscles will grow.

another source thats cheap is mac & cheese. 1200 calories per box, and all the carbs you need.
