I have been lifting since i was 16. I am 21 and i started using gear fairly recently. I am young, so i want to start moderately and work my way up, so my doses won't not be too high.I am 5'10, and weigh 180 at about 11%b.f. My goal is to bulk. I need some thoughts on my cycle. Also, plese give me opinions if i am using the winny and the proviron correctly to protect myself against Gyno.
week 1-3: 35mg of d.bol
week 1-3: proviron to fight estrogen from d.bol.(not sure what dose so any help would be appreciated)
Week- 1-10: 300 mg deca
week- 3-10: 50mg winny
week- 10-13: 100, 50mg of clomid
this is what i have in mind. Please give me opinions.
