Hey bros...Just curious what your diets look like while while "on"?

If you want to post a little outline of your personal diets feel free, or if you have a helpful tip or two, or you have links to useful info I'd appreciate it as well.

while i am bulking i take in between 7-8K /day of calories...eating 6-7 times a day. when dieting at the start i drop it to about 5K/day calories. pm me and i will give you some example if you like.

10oz. chicken

8oz. sweet potato



meal 4(post training)

3 scoops whey

1 soar(110g maltodextrin)



meal 5(30 minutes later)

10oz. chicken

8oz. sweet potato

12oz. tuna

2 cups of brown rice

1 tbsn flax oil

1 cup bell peppers



meal 8

7oz. salmon

6 Broccoli spears



meal 9

12oz. tuna

2 cups of brown rice

1 tbsn flax oil

1 cup bell peppers



meal 10

1.5 pounds of cottage cheese
