cycle design help

Hey guys, brand new to the board. I've been out of the "loop" for years but am ready to turn it back on. My training has been consistent and then inconsistent at times, but I'm definitely bigger and stronger than your average bear. I've gotten sick of hovering a few strick months away from being super fit again (due to under-prioritizing my training). It's no longer good enough to stay just fit enough to pull decent ass. This summer its on.

Anyway, here's my stats and history.

AGE - Just turned 30
lifting history - Been lifting off and very on since 16
HEIGHT -5'11
WEIGHT- 200lbs
BF- prob 20% hold my fat on my waist, thighs and ass
DIET - I can flip the switch to clean eating in a sec. Right now I'm eating clean but drinking prob too much. That'll have to go
GOAL -Knock bf down to 12% while gaining size (not turning into Abercrombie and losing current bulk)
GEAR HISTORY - Ran an 8 week cycle of Sust @ 500mg and Deca @ 400 mg back in 2000. got HUGE
Proposed cycle -
Sust @ 500mg for 10 weeks
Deca @ 400mg for 10 weeks
D-bol @ 35mg for 6 weeks
Nalv/Clomid to follow

Above is what I think I need to be doing, but I fear I'll bloat up and look like a balloon for summer. My first/only cycle in 2000 my face was puffy as hell. I didn't like. Could I run the above cycle encorporating diet restrictions or turning up cardio to avoid bloat and even actually lose bf? At 30, I don't need to be gigantic but still holding bf. Maybe I need to run a different cycle all together? Can the big boys please weigh in with the valuable advise PLEASE?! I'm getting ready to secure the gear needed...summer's coming boys.
