Cycle D-bol, proviron & nolvadex

I am 20 years old, 1,91 m and I only weight 130 pounds
Do you guys think I would have succes with 20mg dianabol/day, 50 mg proviron/day and 25 mg nolvadex/day for a cycle of six weeks?????????
 
small bit of advice

- workout heavy and eat like a horse for a year

- come back on this board june 2002 and ask the bros what would be the best cycle to do.

no point doing AS without a foundation to build on.

If you are working out for 2hrs a day for 6 days a week
I would say your first priority is to address training workload as that sound like a serious case of overtraining and putting on mass whilst burning the sort of calories it takes to fuel that amount of training is going to be a bloody nightmare.
You might want to drop the workouts down to 4 times a week and reduce the duration to and hour of more intense training.
That said if you amend your workout schedule and want to cycle the AS you have mentioned I would do 6 weeks of D-bol at ed 30mg-30mg-30mg-30mg-20mg-15mg, you will probably only need 25mg/day of proviron if you have novladex at 25mg/day.
You could use some clomid for at least after the cycle if not during as well. D-Bol shrinks my nut faster than anything and you will want your natural test back up and work asap after cycle if you want to hang on to any gains.

You are Severely overtraining!!!

I'm hopin that one of the senior guys will jump in here, cuz you need some major coachin. But here's my 2 cents.

Work out no more than 4 days/week 1 hour per day

eg;

mon - legs/back/shoulders
tues - chest/arms
wed - off
thus - legs/back/shoulders
fri - chest/arms

every 2 months mix it up ( legs/chest back/arms . ...etc )

Do only 2 exercises per bodypart and just powermoves ( press, curls, chins etc...)

Diet: You need to eat for 3 people. 6-8000 cals/day spread over 6 meals ( 2 can be hiprotien/hi cal shakes ) 300g protien day. Pour a 1/4 cup of flax or sunflower oil and 2 cups of icecream into your shakes for major cals. take a couple of good multivits/day and 500mg vit C.

lay off the softdrinks, booze and caffiene and drink 4L of pure water a day.

Sleep: 8-10 hours night


I'n no expert, but this is what I did for the last year and went from 6' @ 150lbs to 170 clean. I am just finishing my first cycle and have gone from 170-190 with 10% b.f.

EAT IRON

I know I am training hard and I know it is wrong but it is just that I never had been injured before and I always think that its oké then. My meaning is that you have to be hard for yourself and I thought you have to be in pain for getting bigger! I had periods that I finished my squats and couldn't walk for two days. (matter of speaking) But the pain was real, I assure you!
I now believe this is not the real way to get big. But I stil don't believe you can get big without pain...
Common people say me what you think...

You don't need to feel much pain, especially at a puny 130 pounds.

If I were you (roid free) i'de train 3 times a week for no longer than an hour each time.

If you can train 6 times a week for 2 hours each time, this means your not training properly. If you trained intensely enough, you simply wouldn't be able to train for over an hour. I bet with your current routine your actually getting smaller!

Stick to 3 sets of 6-8 reps for each bodypart, and use 70-80% of your max weight. & don't train more than 2 bodyparts on the same day.

Eat like a horse and try this for 2-3 months, and if you don't see better gains in 3 months than you have seen in your 3 years of "torture training", I'le quit this discussion board.
