Okay, I am 20 years old, 5'6 175lb 8-9%
bench around 320
Cycle experience is only one cycle(yes i know its retarted):
weeks 1-10 300mg deca ew
weeks 2-6 25 mg dbol ed
weeks 8-14 500 mg test eneth---im assuming it was a bad batch it was onr of the 50 ml qv's
clomid 2 weeks for 3 weeks after last shot of test. I might add that i never got any results after week 6 of the cycle even though I was lifting heavy and eating alot not to mention I was getting good sleep.
Now after 10 months off Im ready to do a new cycle composing ot galenika test ethenate, qv equipoise and tren.
I am not sure how to set this cycle up, everyone tells me to run eq for at least 12 to 14 weeks. I was thinking.
weeks 1-10 test ethenate 500mg ew
weeks 1-12 equipoise 400mg ew
weeks 3-12 tren 100mg eod
300 iu of hcg every 4 days
nolva on hand
clomid
(i also have 20 amps of winny zambons)

Goals are to gain about 20 lb while keeping the same bodyfat/increase strenghth and losing about 2%.
Can someone set this cycle up to be around 14 weeks while only running tren and test for 10..thanks
