Cycle and Training Advice Please

Hi Guys,

I am soon to start my first proper cycle - using test eth -. i am planning to run this for 10 weeks and 250mg every 4 days followed 3 weeks after last shot off pct (3 weeks clomid and nolvadex)

So, firstly, comments on the cycle? Pretty basic but i am hoping for some keepable gains.

Secondly, the training side of it. having tried various routines over the past few years i am wondering which ones people have gotten the best results with. I am considering using a version of the 5x5 routine? My main aim is to build a bigger overall body - simple but true!

I look forward to hearing your comments

Stats:

Age - 32
Weight: 198lbs
Height:5'11
Body Fat: around 13%
 
Looks good - train hard.

Over in the bodybuilding forum Omerga has some great tips on routine's.

i have been doing split sessions as follows:

Day 1 - Chest & Triceps
Day 2 - Back & Biceps
Day 3 - Rest
Day 4 - Shoulders & Forearms
Day 5 - Legs
Day 6 & 7 - Rest

I am tending to do 4 exercises each bodypart and 3 sets of 8 on each exercise.

So, do you think i stay on this or switch it up a bit? ANy suggestions gratefully received. obviously i want to gain as much lean mass as possible. Although by bodyfat is arund 13% (maybe a bit higher after this last weekend!) i am hoping to maybe losing another 1% on cycle. I am currently doing 3 HIIT sessions a week also just to keep burning off the excess calories.

Thoughts?
