I am under first cycle of test e 500 mgs per week. Stats 5'8" 225 15% bf. I am taking in 4-4200 cals a day to bulk. I found my maintenace cals at 3300 previously whith just lifting and work. My test kikd in week 4 and felt good strength gains. I am not putting on any noticable size yet at start of week 6. I know it is still early and am waiting patiently. I haven't put on much fat at all yet so I am thinking of upping the cals.
So my question is normally how far above maint do you guys go while bulking, on cycle, to really see results? I know it is differant for everybody, just wondering what works for you guys. There is only 4 weeks left of my cycle, and two more weeks after that till pct. I want to make sure cals arent holding me back.
