ment to say 100mg tren e.o.d

Just look at the obvious...diet and training. If those aren't up to par, you can take all the gear under the sun, as you say, and not gain.

Have you been changing up your routine every 4-6 weeks? Have you been eating enough?

Check your training/diet. I'm in a similar siruation and I'm alsmost certain it's my training, I'm looking to go in a whole new direction now.

Work is no excure bro! You should know that. What I do is just cook up a bunch of chicken breasts one day and throw them in the fridge in some ziplip bags. They last like 3-4 days...so I just take a couple to work with me, and if I get hungry just pop em in the microwave or whatever heating appliance i have around and eat them with a glass of water or milk. You can do the same thing with steak and fish, although they might not taste as good reheated, adn they mght not last as long.

You can try that...and grab an MRP to take to work. You just gotta plan everything out when you got some free time, make your mails ahead of time, and you should be set.

I'm thinking something is wrong on the training end as well bro...what's your training like?

Try posting your diet and training and I'll definitely help ya out. :)

Props to my man BDOG 10, work is NO excuse, it may be a lack of motivation and/or dedication, but we are here to change that bro!! Hollar...

you probably need to switch up more than that. That's why I said you should post up your training routine. If you have never read about periodization...check it out.

hey bulldog!
milk huh? i always heard that milk will give you a smooth look , not that hard lean look....any truth to that?

Nope...milk will not have that much of an effect either way. Milk is a key IMO when trying to bulk...high in protein, you can adjust the amount of fat by choosing different milks, and not too high in carbs. If your stomach can handle it...go for it.

I'm with you on the work thing, bulldog. I get up at 230AM to go to work everyday, and work a second job on my off days. Like you, my wife makes a dozen or so chicken breasts and leaves them in the fridge. I grab a couple of those with some wheat buns, a whole bunch of AN peanut butter sandwiches, stuff them in my igloo cooler, and away I go.

Probably overtraining...that's alot of volume. How long have you been doing that routine for? You would probably benefit from an entire week off...when was the last time you did that?

Check out periodization bro...you gotta vary up your routine. Try upping the weights and lowering the reps...instead of doing 10 reps for all your sets, do 6...then after a few weeks, up the weight even more and reduce the reps even more...down to 2-3.

Yeah...those journals are definitely a plus. I've already learned a shitload of stuff I can apply in the gym from them...and I've only gotten 2 issues. Where are you workin these days?

right now i'm in a Gold's in my area. the plan is/was to open my own place, geared for people really serious about training; athletes, etc., however, i'm just not ready to fund that yet. the upside is after one month (my first month) i sold a tad under 7k in p/t. that has not been done ever by anyone at this gym. the head trainer here did 4k in 2002 and hasn't come close to it since. in fact the whole place combined didn't even do 1k last month. i'm doing things that apparently are not the norm for what these peeps have been seeing, which is having fixed-axis machines pushed on them. this is something that i feel is a complete waste of time for anything other than injury rehab or some other physical ailment or limitation(s). but i have been seeing the other trainers doing a lot of what i do now and i believe it's doing them well also. but i haven't been turning anyone away and that has gotten me into trouble because my days basically go from 8am-9pm now and i have a 9 hour day today and 4 more tomorrow (Sat and Sun). so i have to sit down and come up with a way to fit everyone in and still have a life and not burn myself out. in a few months i'm going for the senior coach with the USAW and then i want to get serious about at least starting an olympic weightlifting club, which shouldn't require a major start-up cost. in fact i'm looking for a place to get that going now. my dream is to renovate a big barn on a piece of land and have strongman training, olympic weightlifting, as well as speed, agility, the whole nine. that's the dream anyway. yeah bro i just renewed my membership with them mainly for those journals, although i want to start attending the conf's too and that will get me a discount. the one in Minn. looks cool and i'm going to do my best to be there. have you decided about your future bro? PhD or not? hey what's that school in Fl you mentioned?

That would be cool! Good idea.

Sounds good bro! I'm still getting started personal training, it's tough building a clientel at first...but it's coming along. Also I can't really do what I want to do because most of the people that go to my gym are older people who can't really do much aside from the machines. I try to do more advanced stuff, but they complain too much...so I just do whatever they want.

That school I was talking about was Florida International

But I'm thinking more and more of just going to get my doctorate in physical therapy, I figure I'll learn more about the human body that way, and I can just apply it to S&C.

to awnser bulldogs question about how long i have been doing that routine,i have been doing simular workout for years.i realise that you need to switch up and i do.but i feel like mabe i am at my genetic limit even with as.unless i get into running hgh and 1-2 gram test week.mabe i just need to lift light and keep a 10-12 rep range, instead of pyramiding.
