I am tring to put together a cycle for a friend that wants to gain and retain approx. 10lbs of solid mass (currently at 225 and wants to get to 235). At the same time keep water retention to a apsolute min. and keep fat to a min. He has a great diet.
How does this look:
Week 1-8: 300mg/wk Deca
Week 1-8: 300mg/wk Test Prop
Week 2-6: 75mg/EOD Fina
Should I switch the Test Prop with Winny
