Cycle advice

Hey what's up everyone , I would just like everyone's advice this will be my first cycle
Week 1-12 test e 500mg a week
Also thinking about running 30 mg of Dbol for first 2-3 weeks

I have nolva and clomid for pct , what should my dosage be ?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Okay so first off, your cycle should look more like this.
1-12 test e 500mg week, split into 2 injections Monday and Thursday.
If your running dbol 30mg is a good starting dosage, but you need to run it for 4-5 weeks.
So week 1-5 run dbol 30mg ED
You need to run a AI throughout this cycle liquid stane at 12.5mg EOD.1-12.
Also a liver support for taking orals
Like N2guard


Pct cycle I believe should be
Clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
Unleashed/ post cycle combo

At this point you would get more out of bringing up your sq and dl,, and eating. Your bench shouldnt rival your squat. This tells me you have holes in your training and diet. These issues will still be present during your cycle and will limit the effectiveness of the juice. Before you cycle have all your ducks in a row.

Run the dbol for the 1st 4 wks , you also need to eat a lot more .good luck

you definitely need to work on your strength bro, as you have already heard some others comment on... you should get a really nice boost in strength from the dbol... you need to run the dbol for 4 weeks... 2-3 weeks is not enough... utilize its kickstart abilities... take that nolva straight to the toilet, and next time you take a shit and your short on toilet paper, the nolva will be good for wiping because thats all its good for...

here's the layout for you... just keep it as simple as possible since its your first cycle...

1-12 test e 500 mg wk
1-4 dbol 30 mg
1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
5-12 hcgenerate
1-4 n2guard

pct (2 weeks after last pin)
clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
unleashed/post cycle combo
forma stanzol
