First post here. Ive been around this forum researching for about a year and i was looking for some advice from some of the pros.

7% on electric so im guessing around 10 to 11
8 years working out 5 years serious
I have 2 cycles under my belt. The first was a test e only cycle 10 weeks pct 2 weeeks hcg 3 weeks nolvadex. 5 months off second cycle consisted of test e500mg wk 1-12/dbol 30mg ed 1-4 hcg 2 weeks after last pin then clomid and nolvadex pct.
Its been a little over a year since my last cycle and im looking to do a mass bulk cycle.So i put together my next cycle and was looking for some advice if it was good or not.
Test e - 1-12 500mg wk
Dbol - 1-4 30mg ed
tren- 5-10 or 11 75mg eod
arimidex 1-12 .25mg ed
hcg 1-14 250iu's ed
pct
clomid wk 15 first day 100mg, 50mg till wk 20
nolvadex wk 15 50mg first day, 25mg till wk 20
my diet is good 5000 cals while cycling. 3500 to 4000 off cycle. around 350g protein, 175g fat, 150 to 200g carbs.
