bf at a guess id say he was 15 % hes got a bit of a belly but i wouldnt say hes fat.
dont know what his diet looks like but he eats a lot i know that.
he has alway been naturally massive even at school he was bigger than everyone else. to be honest he is a beast already but i know he gonna take gear so i figured id help him as he has no clue about using it.
he asked me what he should take i said 250 or 500 mg test cyp per week for 12 weeks with pct and an ai on hand just incase.
i said he should get supps too like protein shakes bcaas vitamins etc.
anyone got any better ideas? all help appreciated thanks bros
