for a chick thats 120 @ 5'3" any ideas? also PCT 2...i have no idea..but were looking to get down 2 105...

Thx for bringing this here IJ --

First - women don't need PCT - we don't have massive amounts of natural test production that get shut down by the introduction of an exogenous source.

But what you do need to be very aware of is that women have a very small amount of testosterone that helps to maintain a balance of all the hormones that make us up, keep us looking feminine and keep our moods roughly in balance.

To start - it looks like your (her) goals are to lose 'weight" - first let's correct that and make the goal to lose bodyfat. "Weight" is really the sum total of the mass measure of bodyfat, lean muscle mass & bone + some variable amounts of water. Currently I'm abotu 20% bf (off season), 162 lb and 5'7". I compete at 135-ish, 7% bf. I can show you pictures of nicely proportioned girls who are my height, 135 lb and 20 % bf. Who looks better? Depends on what you like. But if you want to talk about muscle - I got it, the girl at 135 lb doesn't. It doens't mean she's "fatter" than me, but the muscle component of her bodyfat ratio is much smaller than mine. Last year when I started cuttign for competition - between december & march 2005 - I went from 24% bf to 15% and lost 2 lb. That means weight as a measure is sort of irrelevant - but bodyfat %is significant. Between March & MAy I dropped another 8% and about 30 lb.

Anyway - back to your questions -- if your (her) goal is to drop bodyfat, first I'm goign to say that steroids are not "fat burners". Fat loss will come w/ diet & training first. If anything, steroids will put more mass on her (generally more muscle, potentially more fat as well and potentially water bloat dependign on the AAS).

The first thing to know about steroids & women (less important to men because you already have a a lot of testosterone & additional steroids don't complicate things as much -- w/ women, the balance is a lot more delicate), any supplement (from OTC fat burners like Xenadrine to hard steroids like --- whatever you want to fill in here) is ONLY A SUPPLEMENT to an already well-established diet & training program that is producing results. No pill or injection will help if the diet & training aren't already in place & working. There are no short cuts or magic pills. Even w/ somethign like clen, there may be some initial results that you wanted, but if the diet &trainign are not already in place & working, those results will not continue and they won't be maintainable. So given that :

Question 1: What are her goals (if other than dropping "weight" or better, bodyfat)?

Question 2: What does her current diet & training look like? Specifically please - what is the meal by meal eating schedule for a typical day, and training regimine?

Question 3: How long has she been training & dieting?

Where I'm going w/ these - what does she expect from a cycle? She needs to be responsible for understanding what the drugs are about and how well they will work w// her current eating & training. She needs to be able to make a responsible decision to pursue or NOT pursue the cycle based on her goals, her understanding and acceptance of the results and the sides. Because they are exactly that - her results, her sides. Women's sides w/ AAS are very different from men's and they can impact us much more because we only use a very small amount of natural test to maintain our "femininity".

And with her needing to understand all of the above, I also want to make sure that she understands the critical & fundamental importance of diet & training. I rely on tools like carb cycling, constant adjustments to optimize my diet for what I am trying to accomplish, training, adjustments to my training & increased cardio as needed for my goals before I even bother looking at any other supps. I make sure to take good multi-vitamins & good anti-oxidants to support my restricted diet (e.g. no fruits because the fructose is just a sugar source = high GI carb source and is just additional stuff i would need to lose for a competition, however I am also takign the good enzymes that come in fruits that help shuttle out all the by-products of processing food that are left in my body, e.g. free-radicals).

OK ... sorry for the long winded post -- but at the end of the day, I get that you are looking for steroid info - but I'm going to say first let's see if we cant' get your g/f the results she wants w/ some basic tweaks to the diet & training. If she's willing to pop & shoot drugs like competitors do,, then she should also be willing to optimize her diet like a competitor does.

Since she wants to tdo the cycle - I really suggest that you get her on this board to engage in this thread to ask questions and get the answers that will get her to her goals.

Can she post up whatever she eats over the course of one day - e.g.

Meal 1: 7 am
1/2 c oatmeal
5 egg whites + 1 whole egg

Meal 2:
4 oz chicken
2 c spinach

etc.

And current training & how long training.

Thx !

That is the broad generality but props to IM for at least asking the question. Guys so often want to help but arent' sure how. The question has been asked. hopefully my response set the right direction for the conversation and it goes from there.

To IJ - I hope you don't feel like we attacked you or your g/f on this - its just so critical to get the context set correctly - the thing that differentiates men & women is our balance of sex hormones and that is exactly what we are looking at w/ use of AAS. Aside from maybe ingesting some liquid mercury, there isn't much that you would need to be more educated about putting in your body than something that impacts that balance of those hormones. It is drop down dead critical to understand first what you are trying to accomplish and second, if AAS is really the appropriate way to pursue it. In this case I suspect it isn't. For women diet & training is 1000% more important than the supplements. And will get better, more predictable results ALWAYS. The rest comes, if at all, once that is in place, the education has been honestly conducted and intelligent decisions have been made.

This is how important the question of women & steroids and women & getting where they want to be is in general and esp to us here. We'd love to help & support your g/f in any way we can!
