Cycle Advice??

I've just started a new cycle and would like some good advice from some of you seasoned guys. First some stats: 34yrs old 6'2" 250# (havent had my bf tested but would guess it to be in the 15-20% range - fat fold on my side is approx 3/4" and 1-1/4" just to the left of my belly button). I've seen guys litterally blow up on a good cycle but that has just never happend for me. This will be my 7th or 8th cycle in 8 years (took about 3 years off recently and have been back in for about 1.5yrs now). Because of my apparent resistance to AS my weekly cycle this time around looks something like this: 1000MG Sustanon / 400MG Cyp / 100MG Tren / 800MG T4 / 250-350MG Winny tabs. I take one 30 min or so before my workout. (I have the square BD 50MG tabs). My injections are typically twice weekly. I've tried lower dose cycles and just dont seem to get anywhere, yes small gains, but nothing really drastic. Also, I'm a type 1 diabetic so I take 20MG Lipitor and 20MG Lisinopril daily and my doctor just prescribed Arimidex to keep my estrogen in check - I'm taking 1.5MB weekly (.5MG Mon/Wed/Fri)

Your advice much appreciated...

My goal is to bulk up as much as possible without adding body fat. Ideally, I'd like to loose body fat durning the cycle but I've always heard that you can bulk or trim, but not both at the same time. This time around I'd like to add at least 20-30lbs to my body weight and grow my arms as much as possible (arms are only 16-16 1/4" now, biceps need serious work). As for diet, I've been eating chicken breasts, rice, milk, eggs and vegies pretty religiously that and the regular suppliments like creatine, aminos, glutamine... Havent really been loading on the protien because I dont want to cause undue harm to my kidneys (being diabetic). My thought was that all the chicken (5-6 good sized breasts per day) milk and eggs were enough...

Your thoughts?

I think you should get your diet in check first. Sounds like your carrying alot of BF juding by your arm size and weight. Also, damn bro...thats alot of shit your running! If your not growing on that then something is wrong! Get a good diet together and you'll be able to cut up well. Check out www.gotswole.com, this guy can write you a program like no other!! My 2 cents
 
Just performed a crude BF self test with calipers and an online chart and I'm somewhere around 18-19% BF.

I would sort ya diet out first, i find it hard to believe that your not responding to gear. It could possibly have been fake, or it could be poor diet. How many calls are you getting per day, are they clean?
