Hi guys, I just wanted a bit of advice on getting ripped over the next few months. I am 23 years old, 240lbs at around 30% bf. I am lifting 4x a week and cardio is at 3x per week. I will up the cardio later on. I am taking in around 280 grams of protein a day and about 70g of carbs. However I fluctuate with carbs every now and then depending on how I feel. 70g is the lowest I go. I am taking in 6 to 7 meals a day. I have only been dieting for the last two weeks and have dropped around 10lbs although I know that is all pretty much fluid. I a not taking anything at the moment in terms of aas or fat burners, I just want to burn as much fat as I can naturally through my diet and cardio before taking anything. I dieted last year and got down to 200lbs at around 7% bf without taking anything at all. However I looked very flat and I'm pretty sure I burnt a lot of muscle in the process because of the intense cardio although i had some pretty good definition.
I have taken aas over the last couple of years and have tried most things. i have got some eq, prop, tren, winny, nolva and ephidrine left over from previous cycles. I don't really want to take anything before I get down to about 12% bf as i realise that the gear will probably work best when I'm a lot leaner and also the fact that the gear isn't going to burn fat. my question is when i do finally run some of the gear, what would be best in the few that I have mentioned and for how long and what dose. any advice would be really appreciated and sorry for the lengthy info!
